Newcomb VIC 3219 · Open 24 hours, 7 days
Demolition and asbestos removals, strip outs, excavations. Straight-talking demolition across Greater Geelong and the Bellarine — structure down, material sorted, block handed back level.
Who you’re ringing
We’re based at Newcomb and we run our own plant — excavators, tipper, the lot. That means the person who prices your job is the person who turns up to do it, and there’s no margin stacked on top of a subcontractor.
Houses, shops, pubs, factories and everything between. If it has to come down, come out, or be dug up, it’s the same phone number. Asbestos removal, strip-outs and excavation sit under the one roof so you’re not stitching three trades together mid-job.
More about how we work
What we do
Thirteen services on the one truck run. Here are the ones people ring about most.
Full residential and commercial site demolition — structure down, slab out, site left clear and level ready for your builder.
Shops, offices, pubs and homes taken back to bare structure. Fit-out, linings, services and floor coverings removed cleanly.
Bonded asbestos identified, contained and removed under controlled conditions, then disposed of at a licensed facility.
Slabs, driveways, footings, retaining walls and hardstand broken out and carted away — hammer or crunch, whatever suits the job.
Site cuts, footing trenches, detailed excavation and bulk earthmoving with our own plant on the ground.
Factories, warehouses and plant structures dismantled safely, with steel and machinery separated for recovery.
Asbestos
Older Geelong homes and shopfronts are full of bonded sheet. We contain it, remove it under controlled conditions and get it to a licensed facility — without stopping the rest of the job dead.
How asbestos removal worksHow it runs
Tell us the address, what is coming down, and when you need the block clear. Photos help.
We look at access, services, asbestos risk and what has to be protected, then give you a number in writing.
Building permit and council consent handled where needed, and services checked off before a machine turns up.
Structure down, material sorted and carted, block left level and swept. You get the site back ready to build.
Inside the job
Filmed on one of our own jobs — walls back to the studs, original floorboards still down, and every bit of it sorted before it leaves site.
No stock footage and nothing borrowed. The same job is in the gallery as stills if you want a closer look at how it was left.

Questions
Yes. Asbestos removal sits alongside demolition, strip-outs and excavation as one of our core services, so you are not chasing a separate contractor halfway through the job. Bonded material is contained and removed under controlled conditions and disposed of at a licensed facility. Talk to us about what has been identified on your site and we will tell you straight what is involved.
Almost always, yes. Demolition in Victoria generally needs a building permit, and depending on the age and type of the building your council may also require a report and consent under Section 29A of the Building Act. We offer a demolition permit service and can handle that side for you, or work alongside the building surveyor you have already engaged.
Most standard single-storey homes come down in a day or two once services are disconnected and permits are in hand. Clearing the block, removing the slab and footings and carting everything away usually adds another day or so. Bigger commercial jobs and staged strip-outs are quoted on the program that suits your site.
Yes. Concrete demolition is a service in its own right for us — slabs, driveways, footings, paths and retaining walls all come out and get carted away. If you want the block handed back level and ready for the next trade, say so up front and we will price it that way.
Ring any hour, or send the details through and we’ll come back with a number.
