Full residential and commercial site demolition — structure down, slab out, site left clear and level ready for your builder.
Shops, offices, pubs and homes taken back to bare structure. Fit-out, linings, services and floor coverings removed cleanly.
Bonded asbestos identified, contained and removed under controlled conditions, then disposed of at a licensed facility.
Slabs, driveways, footings, retaining walls and hardstand broken out and carted away — hammer or crunch, whatever suits the job.
Site cuts, footing trenches, detailed excavation and bulk earthmoving with our own plant on the ground.
Factories, warehouses and plant structures dismantled safely, with steel and machinery separated for recovery.
Multi-storey structures taken down from height with high-reach plant, sequenced floor by floor.
Surgical removal of part of a building while the rest stays live and in use — rear extensions, walls, awnings, single levels.
Vegetation, stumps, root balls and rubbish cleared off the block so the site is workable from day one.
Blocks stripped, trimmed and levelled to grade so the next trade walks onto a ready site.
Demolition waste, builders rubble and general site rubbish loaded out and carted away in our own tipper.
Structural steel, roof sheeting and scrap separated on site and sent for recycling instead of landfill.
We can take care of the paperwork side — building permit and council report and consent where your job needs it.

Strip-outs
Shops, offices, pubs and homes taken back to studs and slab. Linings, ceilings, floor coverings, joinery, redundant services — out, sorted and gone, with what stays properly protected.
We work nights and weekends on live commercial sites so the doors stay open during trade.
Recycling
Structural steel, roof sheeting and scrap get pulled out and sent for recycling. Concrete and brick go for crushing. Only the genuine leftovers see a landfill, which keeps your tip fees honest.
It also means a tidier site while the work is running — material moves off as it comes down instead of piling up against the fence.
