The short version
Demolition, asbestos removals, strip outs, excavations.
That’s how we describe ourselves and it hasn’t needed changing. We work out of Newcomb, right on the edge of Geelong, and we cover Greater Geelong, the Bellarine and out along the Surf Coast.
Most of what we do is residential — knock-down-rebuilds, rear extensions coming off, slabs and driveways broken out. The rest is commercial: shopfronts and pubs stripped back for a fit-out, factory structures dismantled, corner sites dug out and levelled.
The listing says open 24 hours and that isn’t decoration. Commercial strip-outs often have to happen overnight or across a weekend so the business can keep trading. Ring at any hour and you get a person.
How we work

The price is the price
You get a written number after we’ve walked the site and seen the access, the services and what has to be protected. No surprise variations once the machine is on the ground.
Our own gear
Excavators and tipper are ours. Nobody else’s schedule sets your start date, and there’s no subcontractor margin baked into the quote.
Left clean
A demolition isn’t finished when the walls are down. It’s finished when the material is gone, the block is level and the footpath is swept.
Straight answers
If asbestos turns up, if the permit is going to take three weeks, if the job isn’t worth doing the way you’ve described — you’ll hear it from us early, not halfway through.
Handover
A block your builder can start on Monday.
Structure gone, slab and footings out, ground trimmed to grade, crossover intact. That’s what finished looks like to us.
